I followed the tip from Ambini33 and was able to add Beta without deleting Alpha. As for tracking multiple users, you can do that as well. While in settings, and edit, when you add the workout that you want, you simply put your cursor in the box of lets say Alpha and type in the users name next to the word Alpha. If you add the wrong workout and go to delete it, make sure you are deleting the correct one. The new workout jumps to the top. I erroneously deleted my Alpha, which I had completed and there is no recovery for it. :( I will need to use other sources to re-create my log.
